Lucy Diaz-Flores

President / Senior Creative Director

Lucy Diaz-Flores is one of the most sought after event and wedding designers in the country and the Owner/Creative Director of Bella Flora of Dallas. She has created gorgeous events all over the great state of Texas and nationwide for over 19 years. Her passion for flowers and beautiful design is what inspires her to create the perfect setting for Bella Brides to be. Lucy’s introduction to horticulture early in life led to her piqued interest into the world of special events and ultimately the creation of Bella Flora of Dallas in April of 2000. Originally founded as a floral and design boutique, Bella Flora has since grown into a full-service event design company. Lucy’s work has been featured in Veranda Magazine, Inside Weddings, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Magazine, D Weddings, Modern Luxury Dallas Brides, Paper City, Destination I Do, Southern Weddings and is regularly featured on Style Me Pretty. She holds a JWIC Certified designation from June Weddings Incorporated.

Cesar Diaz

Creative Director

Cesar Diaz has been creating and designing events for over 15 years and loves the process of seeing ideas come to life on the event day. Cesar’s ability to take a client’s vision and turn it into a unified reality always leaves our clients impressed. A graphic designer by trade, his imagery and renderings help capture what the overall event scheme will look and feel like. His love for colors, graphics and gorgeous flowers have enabled him to create numerous events, all beginning with the stroke of a pencil. His weddings have been featured in Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Magazine, D Weddings, Modern Luxury Dallas Brides, Paper City, Destination I Do, Southern Weddings and are regularly featured on Style Me Pretty.

Madison Spears

Project Manager

Madison Spears graduated from Texas A&M University where she pursued a career in the event industry. After many internships and graduation Madison packed her bags, moved to New York, and interned in the celebrity wedding world! Along with her experience in luxury events, she brings a passion for this industry and strong organization skills as an asset to our team. She handles the production of weddings and events by creating proposals, meeting with clients and designing each unique event. Madison loves working on a wide range of events and prides herself on making sure each client’s vision becomes a reality!

Caitlyn Branco

Project Manager

Caitlyn moved to Dallas after graduating from Texas Tech University in 2017. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant, Hotel, Institutional Management with a focus in events through the New York Institute of Art and Design. She also held various internships throughout her time in college to gain hands on experience within the industry. With a love for floral and all things creative, Caitlyn brings a fresh take to designing events. In addition to creating proposals, Caitlyn also manages our hotel and corporate floral accounts to ensure daily operations run seamlessly!
